Early 2023 the South Sudan Government released the latest population figures estimated by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) and UNFPA. However, for the purpose of Humanitarian analysis and planning IMWG and ICCG adopted the population figures up to Admin 2 level (County Level). Pleases note due to some data discrepancies at Admin 3 (Payama level) data not included in this dataset.
