    This dataset updates: Every year
    IRC indirectly implemented Projects through sub grants awarded to 9 implementing partners, which are intervened in the different part of Ethiopia and in a refugee camp (Bokolmayo). The data shows the interventions for the period of June 2024 by detail activities, Sectors, Donors and implementing partners. The programs are emergency responses, IDPs, local community development programs and refugee portfolios. Out of the implementing partners OSHID has got the highest coverage of the project (54.9%) followed by CVDA and FSA; 14.1% & 12.7%, respectively. Looking to project activities there are 5 sector of interventions, whereby Health sector has got the highest (89.3.%), while the rest 4 sectors have each below 5%. From donors perspective, 4 donors granted the sub grantee projects, while GAVI BHA has got the highest (88.4%) and similarly the rest each has got below 5%. IRC’s GIS team created this database to allow for a more sustained approach to producing relevant mapping products and geospatial analysis for undergoing humanitarian responses and will fill gaps in information sharing and management between Donors. IRC’s GIS services provides information and analysis required to monitor the evolution of project / program results and to track project and program impacts across geographic locations. This dataset contains boundaries of Ethiopian administrative Woredas which are roughly consistent with the actual & updated administrative boundaries which bases CSA 2007 Census survey out puts. The data shows the interventions by detail activities, Sectors and Donors. IRC’s GIS unit created this database to allow for a more sustained approach to producing relevant mapping products and geospatial analysis for undergoing humanitarian responses and will fill gaps in information sharing and management between Donors (BHA/USAID, ECHO, Irish AID, Charity; Water, EHF, UNHCR & others). IRC’s GIS services provides information and analysis required to monitor the evolution of project / program results and to track project and program impacts across geographic locations. This dataset contains boundaries of Ethiopian administrative Woredas which are roughly consistent with the actual & updated administrative boundaries for the year 2024.     IRC directly implemented multiple projects in the nation through the coordination of its field and sub offices and as well refugee operation offices. The programs are emergency responses and local community development programs and refugee portfolios. In summary: I) Under Local Community and emergency program there are 9 sector of interventions, whereby Health and Health & nutrition sector combined have got the highest (39.2%) followed by Edu/ ECCD, EH/WASH & WPE; 20.7%,13.4% and 11.2% respectively. Among others CP has got 10.6% woreda and/or IDP coverage. From donors perspectives, 14 donors granted the local community & emergency projects, while GAVI has got the highest (38.1%) intervention area/woreda coverage followed by Minideroo Foundation 29.2%. BHA, USAID-WV (CORE GROUP) & LEGO, have got 14.2%, 8% & 6.2% have i, respectively. II) From refugee portfolios there are 5 sectors whereby WPE i s the highest (31%) by the # intervention refugee camps followed by Edu/ ECCD and EH/WASH, 27.6%, and 20.7% respectively. From donors perspective, 6 donors granted the local community projects, while UNHCR has got the highest (47.4%) refugee camp coverage followed by LEGO 42.1% and Bainum Foundation, BPRM & Irish Aid each have got, 15.8%, refugee area coverages. IRC’s GIS team created this database to allow for a more sustained approach to producing relevant mapping products and geospatial analysis for undergoing humanitarian responses and will fill gaps in information sharing and management between Donors.
