Methodology

Data were collected from The Commonwealth of The Bahamas 2010 Census of Population and Housing and the following: Subnational Population Estimates by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, and the Assessment of the Effects and Impacts of Hurricane Matthew, Hurricane Irma: The Bahamas, and the Assessment of the Effects and Impacts of Hurricane Dorian by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. Census Bureau staff altered boundaries and modified the statistical data as detailed in the Metadata tab of the tabular data.
