    Based on the Tropical Cyclone Megh projected path on Monday 9 November, Coordinated Assessment and Support Section (CASS) calculated estimated population exposure to 2 inch or more accumulated rainfall, forecast for 9 - 11 November (please see 'Final Result-Governorate level' worksheet). Based on the analysis 17 governorates were highlighted, with estimated 7.6 million population living in the rainfall zone.

CASS further refined the estimated population figures for 15 out of the 19 governorates (please see 'Final Result-15 Governorates' and 'Final Result-District level'worksheets), by calculating population exposure based on 25 years (RP) flood hazard data. Based on the analysis 11 governorates were highlighted, with estimated 359,072 population living in the 120km/h wind speed zone.
