Malawi has experienced floods and sustained heavy rains caused by the tropical cyclone Idai weather system. IOM, in close coordination with the Government of Malawi through the Department of Disaster Management Affairs (DoDMA), conducted multi-sectoral location assessments in Chikwawa, Nsanje, Phalombe, Zomba districts. The dataset contains number of IDPs, households and their needs at sub-national level.
This dataset contains 29 data tables on global trends in forced displacement in 2018. The data provide trends, national and sometimes sub-national levels and demographic composition on refugees, asylum-seekers, internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees (refugees and IDPs), stateless persons, and other persons of concern to UNHCR.
DTM in Afghanistan piloted a Community-Based Needs Assessment (CBNA), to provide a more comprehensive view of multi-sectoral needs in settlements hosting IDPs and returnees.
Local conflict in Benishangul Gumuz region (BSG) and East and West Wollega zones of Oromia region beginning in the last week of September 2018 is believed to have displaced an estimated 191,995 individuals comprising 36,470 households. In East and West Wollega, a total of 158,385 IDPs were observed, where 27% of IDPs are in collective sites and 73% are in host communities.

This dataset contains 9 data tables on global trends in forced displacement during the first half of 2018. The data provide stocks and flows on refugees, asylum-seekers, internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees (refugees and IDPs), stateless persons, and other persons of concern to UNHCR. The data are presented at the national level.
The aim of the Sub-Area Assessment is to track and monitor IDP and returnee populations in Yemen. Information is
collected on population size, area of origin, current location, duration of displacement, shelter types, priority needs and
movement trends.
Among the main outputs of the Sub-Area Assessment, is a list of locations where IDPs and/or returnees are present
that can be used to inform more detailed assessments at the location level, including the annual Multi-Cluster Location
Assessment (MCLA). DTM field staff, along with KIs, use the Sub-Area Assessment tool to capture locations, which are
matched to the identified locations in the OCHA Common Operational Dataset (P-Codes).
Data contains Syria IDP arrival estimations and spontaneous IDP returns for December 2018, January 2016-December 2018 summary and table shows origin to destination estimation by governorate for December 2018.
Zimbabwe, Tsholotsho District displacement and migration trends before 2016 up to October 2018, while also assessing the needs of the affected population.

La mayoría de los datos reportados corresponde a registros y denuncias recibidas por instituciones oficiales y datos consolidados por OCHA a partir de diversas fuentes, con corte a junio de 2015.
