Methodology

E-Health obtains ward and settlement list from the ward focal person at the LGA level. The settlement list is referred to as the "Microplan" list which is provided from the State Primary Health Care Development Agency (SPHCDA).

Then e-health gathers all ward focal persons and traditional leaders from a particular LGA and gives them the e-Health list of settlements to compare with their microplan list (check spellings, location and so on.) to make sure that all the settlements are listed within the ward to which they belong.
Caveats / Comments

This is for operational purposes only as the boundaries don't match the official admin boundaries. This data has been incorporated into the Nigeria Administrative Boundaries COD.
