Operating within the Syrian White Helmets for over five years, the system is stable, ensuring operational continuity and enhanced efficiency and productivity. All individual, employee, and consultant accounts within the system are secured by robust protection layers employing the latest security protocols and algorithms. The system relies on submitting reports using specific templates dedicated to each type of operation. These templates were developed in collaboration with specialists and experts to ensure easy access to information for all beneficiaries, while adhering to the rules and standards of international organizations and humanitarian sectors in these fields. All information managed by the White Helmets' information management department pertains to operations conducted by field teams. Reports undergo a three-tiered auditing, review, and approval process by personnel from different functional levels within the organization.
