South Sudan - Humanitarian Needs Overview

The humanitarian needs overview (HNO) promotes a shared understanding of the impact and evolution of a crisis within the humanitarian country team (HCT) and informs strategic response planning. This ensures that credible evidence and a joint analysis of needs underpins an effective and targeted humanitarian response.
